Training
begins with working with clients to understand the
training needs and analyzing the ability, prior knowledge,
and learning requirements of potential trainees, and then
moves on to the development of objectives and training
sets that reflect those capabilities and requirements and
meet those needs. These training sets range from
task-based tutorials to in-depth curriculum development,
and can include classroom training, workbooks, CD-ROMs and
online delivery, each of which can be in the form of
either instructor-led or self-paced instruction.
