Requirements: Must have at least seven years experience in software development and at least four years experience in web design and database development. Responsibilites: The responsibilities for this position vary from training delivery to training development for both instructor led and web based curriculum. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: -Teach work tasks, job functions and business processes to users with various skill sets and technical abilities. -Provide high quality classroom instruction for job training and professional development programs through lecture presentations and classroom demonstrations. -Work with clients to identify corporate standards and customize training delivery to reflect company policies and procedures. -Provide feedback to training developers and instructional designers on the effectiveness of required materials and data to improve training effectiveness and delivery. -Coordinate training efforts across an entire project, evaluate training programs and make recommendations to improve training quality as well as updating and maintain a record of all training to take place -Ensure that training facility meets all training requirements prior to class -Complete all required reporting and administrative requirements associated with training classes in an accurate and timely manner. -Develop training content for instructor led training manuals, computer based training, web based training, power point presentations, simulations and job aids. -Create step-by-step instructions, demonstration examples and practice exercises for inclusion in training materials.

Designing and developing system architecture for the new application as well as making recommendations for conversion activities.
