Responsibilities: Recruiting, assessing candidates, negotiating offers, and project orientation. The role entails developing position profiles, refining requisitions, candidate pool development, screening, interviewing, and working with hiring managers and departments.
Experience: Internet based recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire and direct placements.
IT or technology staffing, professional services and government contracting.
Experience sourcing candidates using a combination of sources such as on-line postings, networking events, job fairs, print advertisement, purchased research, contingency firms, etc.
Requirements: Strong interviewing skills, and the ability to develop and guide processes through closure are essential.
Ability to identify the key skills and also understand the project scope
Ability to handle high volume recruiting and meet deadlines
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Well developed external network to support the maintenance of a pool of candidates
Strong organizational and communication skills with great attention to detail.
Familiarity with the NYS bid process is a plus
Familiarity with automated resume tracking systems is preferred.

Responsibilites: Job entails working with business partners and business users in evaluating their need for IT solutions.
Duties:
? Assist with translation of business requirements into IT specifications for development of Software applications.
? Work with the Business Process Redesign (BPR) team in prioritizing needs for IT solutions. Act as an IT Consultant and partner in creating current state and future state design and software process models with business partners.
? Work with business partners to identify project business value and associated metrics.
? Present and review business analysis and reengineering results of tasks to IT Managers
Experience: A four-year college degree and/or equivalent work experience is required for this position. Prior experience with financial applications and/or public sector is a plus.
Requirements: ? Proficient in object modeling, project modeling, data modeling, use case analysis and use of UML notation.
? Proficiency in use of enterprise level use case modeling tools such as Rational Rose is a plus.
? Must possess excellent communication both written and verbal skills.
? Must possess planning and organization skills to develop and lead JAD workshops.
? Must be able to lead BPR team and implement the best practices in the industry.
? Should possess facilitation skills to include the application of facilitation tools and techniques.
? Must be proficient in MS Office, MS Visio. MS Project experience in a plus.

Responsibilites: Project Managers direct all aspects of a project from commencement to completion; Create and maintain high level and detailed project plans; Track all project activities and update project plan. Manage, organize, schedule, assign and monitor workloads to ensure project is completed as designed, on schedule and within budget. Identify potential risks, develop contingency plans and actively resolve problems. Direct and coordinate communication between project team members, internal services and project sponsors. Experience: Candidates must have 3-5 years project management experience with BA, BS or MBA and Project Management Certification required. Proven ability to manage multiple projects or project teams. Experience with Technology or Integration projects preferred.
Requirements: Candidates must have a strong understanding of project management methodology with demonstrated knowledge of project management tools such MS Project, MS Access, MS Office and Visio. Excellent analytical, problem solving, written and verbal skills. Superior communication and interpersonal skills; ability to facilitate meetings. and effectively interface with the client.
